🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At PrintMe, we want you to love your order — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how returns work for our Canadian customers:

📦 Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition and packaging

    • Not custom-printed or personalized (these are final sale)

⚠️ Please note: According to Quebec’s Office de la protection du consommateur, personalized or custom items are not subject to mandatory refunds, unless they are defective.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us at officialprintme@gmail.com within 7 days

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We'll either refund or replace your item free of charge


💸 Refunds (if approved)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


📮 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. We’ll provide a return address when your request is approved.
